Havenstock Stores uses Shopify checkout and supported payment providers to process payments securely.
Available payment methods
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on your device, location and the payment services enabled for the store.
Currency
Havenstock Stores currently sells in GBP. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction charges if your account uses another currency.
Authorisation and payment
Your payment method may be authorised as part of placing an order. If a payment cannot be authorised, the order may not be completed.
Payment security
Payment processing is handled through Shopify and the relevant payment provider. Havenstock does not use this page to collect card details directly.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is normally sent back through the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued can vary by bank or payment provider.
