Products and information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, availability and pricing accurately. Because Havenstock works with different selected suppliers and fulfilment partners, product details, packaging and dispatch locations can vary. We may correct errors or update information where necessary.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfilment. We may cancel or decline an order where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, any amount due will be refunded through the original payment method.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the store are displayed in the available store currency. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion or processing charges where relevant.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service in a way that breaches applicable law, or use Havenstock content in a misleading or infringing manner.
Third-party services
The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners and other third-party services. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights.
